Manual Tester (Dynamics 365)

Qwinix – Bissau – We are looking for a Manual MS Dynamics CRM Tester for our US based client. The work hours for this role would be an afternoon shift per IST. – Work closely and communicate effectively with diverse teams throughout the release cycle – Understand client use cases. Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases – Perform testing on MS Dynamics 365 modules and parameterization and on micro-services: – MUST have MS Dynamics "Finance and Operation" and "MS Dynamics customer engagement" modules experience – Perform end-user testing and validate client use cases and configurations in the client environment – Perform Database, Regression, Functionality and UI testing – Ensure the availability of test environment, design test and defect-reporting formats – Update/validate project-related data in internal applications – Execute test iterations, tracking/reporting results, troubleshooting, and coordinating defect resolution – Perform root-cause analysis of product failures in testing – Write clear and concise bug reports and steps to reproduce the issues – Perform integration testing of multiple products in the web, desktop, mobile, and multi-platform application environment – Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies – Collaborate with other scrum teams and stakeholders – Participate in developing and the continuous improvement of SOPs related to QA testing Requirements – 4+ years of testing experience – MS Dynamics "Finance and Operation" and "MS Dynamics customer engagement" modules experience – Ability to manage multiple test scenarios and schedules while maintaining accuracy and handling fine detail – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required – Industry certification (CSTE, ISTQB, etc.) is a plus – Multi-Browser amp; device testing is a plus … – Permanente – Horário completo
