Historique The National Commission for Human Rights Created through Decree nº 6/2009, of 15 February and published in the Official Bulletin nº 7, of 15 February 2010, aims to contribute to the promotion and strengthening of respect for Human Rights , and should also function as a body for surveillance, early warning, consultancy, monitoring and investigation in the field of human rights.
